A slow cooker stew of lamb, onions, carrots, mushrooms and barley. If I eat a quarter of what is in the pot, it is 283 calories. Going to add a little bread and maybe some baby spinach too.
Third quarter of the pulled chicken with chopped broccoli and half of a baked potato. 445 calories. Would have been 410 but I wanted a bit of butter tonight. :-)
More of the shredded chicken heated up in my homemade BBQ sauce, the last of the mushrooms sauteed with a hint of nutmeg, steamed chopped broccoli. Again under 400 calories. :-)
